Use of the Services
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation or attempt to access them by unauthorized means.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those platforms and subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your platform account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by the platform.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process it only as needed to provide the Services.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, software and branding, are owned by Swift Mart LLC and protected by law.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fitness and activity features are for general information and entertainment only.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded an app from the App Store, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or suspend the Services at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
